On the western side of Les Arcs Massif, this small resort is a bit quieter than its more famous neighbours, making it popular with families.
December 16, 2017 – April 20, 2018
Linked to Les Arcs and La Plagne, Peisey-Vallandry has nine lifts stretching across 37 kilometres of terrain, including 1 green run, 13 blue, 9 red and 2 black. As it is west-facing you can expect plenty of sunshine.
Peisey-Vallandry has two main towns – Landry and its hamlets lie between 700 and 1,000 metres altitude and Peisey and its hamlets between 1,300 and 1,600 metres.
Peisey-Vallandry has a cinema and activities including snowshoeing, fat biking, ice climbing, dog sledding, sleigh rides and paragliding. While the après ski scene is tamer than at other Paradiski resorts, there’s plenty of fun to be had at Le Jimmy’s Bar on the mountain.
