Location: ski-in ski-out, Flaine.

Les Terrasses d’Hélios is the newest Premium residence. This luxury residence offers incredible views of the Grand Massif mountains and outstanding comfort in a warm, authentic atmosphere. A chairlift gives guests direct access to the whole of the Grand Massif ski area, allowing you to set off for the pistes in your skis.

The spacious, contemporary apartments all have a balcony or terrace.

The residence has two well-being areas: a relaxation space (free of charge) with a hot tub and a heated outdoor pool with views over the mountains and a gym; and a Deep Nature Spa (fee applies) with treatment rooms, a sauna, a hammam and a tearoom.

Everything you need is available on site, from ski hire to a mini-market and a nursery which can care for children aged 3 to 10 every week day.
The traditional “La Table d’Hélios” restaurant and the “Hélios Café” in the ski shop welcome you every day during the winter season.
